Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate geriatric care at Rosebud Village in Richmond, Indiana. You will build relationships with residents and staff while promoting physical and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities include thorough assessments, accurate documentation, collaboration with the care team, and upholding CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-focused nursing care to promote physical and psychosocial well-being.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff.
