Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekend leadership to the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to policies.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and task delegation for weekends/EOW.
- Monitor patient care and provide coaching to staff as needed.
- Participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Develop strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
