Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse in Home Health for a full-time weekend position (40 hours) with schedule options Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday. You will coordinate care, document thoroughly, and collaborate with physicians and the care team in patients’ homes.

Qualifications include RN licensure in state of practice and a valid driver's license. CPR may be required within 90 days. Benefits and a competitive salary are included.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Preferred CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and updates patient plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provides and coordinates high-quality clinical care; supervises home health aides and LPN/LVNs.
• Documents all patient care per policy and payer requirements; communicates with physicians, patients, families, and staff.
• Participates in orientation and precepting of new staff; contributes to quality and safety initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism, on-call/weekend rotations, and adherence to agency standards.
