Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Idaho is seeking a Full-time Weekend Registered Nurse. The role involves skilled nursing visits, coordinating patient care, and serving as the primary contact for multiple disciplines.

You will ensure accurate documentation and maintain the patient medication profile during home visits. You must be licensed as an RN in Idaho with at least one year of clinical experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Idaho.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled nursing visits and coordinates client care.
• Points of contact for all disciplines involved with patient care.
• Oversees frequency of visits for the episode and communicates with physician.
