Harmony West Des Moines, part of Harmony Health group, is seeking Registered Nurses for weekend package roles with 6a–6p and 6p–6a shifts, plus PRN options. The team is friendly, caring, and supportive, and offers opportunities to grow your nursing career.

As an RN, you will ensure residents receive medications and nursing care per their care plans, perform assessments, lead the team, and advocate for residents to keep them safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide medications and nursing care as directed by the care plan and conduct resident assessments.
• Serve as a team leader and advocate for residents, ensuring comfort and safety.
