Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Weekend Option Registered Nurse (RN) for the Day Shift. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, drawing on nursing skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being and to deliver compassionate care.

You will collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care. Ideal candidates will hold a current Indiana RN license, demonstrate strong medication management, and document changes thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories and preferences.
