Job summary

Linden Place Center for Nursing in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time weekend coverage. You will provide direct bedside nursing care, collaborate on care plans, and serve as a clinical leader to ensure safe, compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring, discharge planning, and resident/family education. A NC RN license and CPR/First Aid certification are required, with a strong teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Provide direct bedside nursing care for residents with a variety of medical conditions, including post-surgical and complex care needs.
• Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and document treatments and responses.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes with appropriate clinical interventions.
• Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures.
• Monitor equipment and interpret data to support resident care.
• Educate residents and families regarding treatments and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.
• Support a positive team environment focused on quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.
