Job summary

Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Virginia is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join a skilled nursing facility team. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
Must possess a current CPR certification.
Must have basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.

Supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
Ensure compliance with federal/state/local standards and policies.
