Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Salem Crossing in Salem, Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate geriatric care, assess residents, and collaborate with the care team to promote well-being and quality of life.

You will build relationships with residents and families, document changes, and participate in care planning while upholding C.A.R.E. values and maintaining a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.

Responsibilities
