Job summary

Chubbies is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for our Miramar Beach location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a lively shopping environment aligned with The Weekend ethos.

You’ll handle in-store tasks, inventory, merchandising, and daily goals while working weekends and peak seasons. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated to completing tasks, hitting goals, and getting to know all customers.
• Inventory: tag, fill, and merchandise on the floor according to launch flow.
• Merchandising: maintain an exciting, compelling visual story.
• Open to working weekends and peak seasons; adhere to dress code.
