Butterfly Home Care - Manassas is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support to aging adults and individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Manassas and Prince William County. The role includes companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation in home and community settings.

We value dependability, patience, and strong communication. A PCA certification is preferred but not required, and candidates must pass background

Qualifikationen

• PCA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in caregiving or home care is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and complete orientation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Aufgaben

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide non-medical medication reminders.
• Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation.
• Support participation in recreational and community activities.
• Document services accurately and communicate changes to supervisors.
