Job summary

Luthercare in Lititz is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Aide to provide essential support in our Luther Acres center. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure resident care documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Ability to assist residents with AM/PM care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with care and grooming.
• Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms.
• Document resident care including vital signs.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
