Weekend Remote Body Radiologist (Per Diem)

Job summary

Montefiore Health System is seeking a Per Diem Body Radiologist to provide flexible remote weekend coverage for inpatient imaging services. The role requires an MD or DO, preferably with fellowship training in Body Imaging and a New York State medical license. Qualifications

• Must have a medical degree and relevant training.
• Experience or training in Body Imaging is preferred.
• Must hold a New York State medical license.

Responsibilities

• Interpret body imaging studies including CT, MRI, ultrasound.
• Provide timely reads for inpatient imaging with optional outpatient coverage.
• Maintain standards for diagnostic accuracy and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.

Education

MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent with ECFMG certification)

Fellowship training in Body Imaging preferred

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

Eligible for or currently holding a New York State medical license
