Job summary

Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison to evaluate patient admissions, educate referral partners on the benefits of inpatient rehabilitation, and drive growth within the assigned territory. You will collaborate with physicians, case managers, and leadership to ensure timely access to care.

The role requires weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) and a clinical license.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in RN, LVN/LPN, OT, PT, or RT is required.
• Valid driver’s license with automobile insurance and a clean driving record.
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred; healthcare sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for admission and determine if they meet admissions criteria.
• Prepare development plans, conduct calls, and present to potential referral sources.
• Integrate the hospital’s mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.
