Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA in home and community settings.

You will collect data using Rethink software, communicate with analysts, and maintain progress notes to monitor client progress; full- or part-time positions with flexible shifts and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for timely reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain client records.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
