Job summary

Prime Dental is seeking a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a part-time weekend role. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $55–$58 plus an $8,000 sign-on bonus and a Saturday shift from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with potential additional Monday/Thursday coverage.

Ideal candidates hold an active NJ Dental Hygiene License with at least one year of experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a modern practice.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Dental Hygiene License
• 1 year+ experience in dental hygiene
• Prophylaxis and SRP experience
• Digital X-rays proficiency
• Periodontal charting
• Fluoride treatments
• Patient education and preventive care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including prophylaxis and SRP
• Perform periodontal charting and digital x-rays
• Educate patients on preventive dental care and hygiene routines
