Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking radiology locums to cover weekend shifts in Buffalo, NY. The assignment features 7 am - 4 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm schedules with a high volume of general body and neuro reads, CT, MRI, ultrasound and fluoroscopy.

PA on staff handles fluoroscopy; locums cover when PA is unavailable. Paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and 24-hour consultant support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience reading general body radiology studies.
• PET scan experience preferred but not required.
• Hospital privileges required.

Responsibilities

• Read general body and neuro radiology studies as assigned.
• Perform general radiology reads including CT, MRI, US and fluoroscopy as needed.
• Coordinate with hospitals and locum tenens team for coverage.
