Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a radiologist for weekend locum tenens assignments. Shifts are 7 am–4 pm and 3 pm–10 pm, with about 150 studies per 9-hour shift including 40–50 CTs, a handful of MRIs, 30 ultrasounds and the rest plain films; fluoroscopy is handled by the PA on staff, with coverage when the PA is unavailable.

Hospital privileges are required. Weatherby provides paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing, and ongoing support from a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• General body and neuro reads; general DX also accepted.
• PET scan experience preferred but not required.
• Hospital privileges required.

Responsibilities

• Read general body and neuro radiographs and scans.
• Fluoroscopy duties covered by on-site PA; locums cover when PA unavailable.
