Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare in Charlotte, NC is seeking a licensed PA for weekend radiology coverage. Shifts run 7 am–4 pm and 3 pm–10 pm with a mix of CT, MRI, US and fluoroscopy reads; PET experience is preferred but not required. Hospital privileges are required and malpractice insurance is provided.

Locums cover when the PA is unavailable. Assignment details and time entry are managed in an online portal; you’ll have 24/7 access to a Weatherby consultant and join a charter member of NALTO.

Qualifications

• PA-C with current state license and board certification.
• Experience in radiology reading and patient care preferred.
• Flexibility to cover weekend shifts and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform general body and neuro reads; general DX also accepted.
• Assist with fluoroscopy; coordinate with staff during PET/CT as needed.
• Work until PA is available; locums coverage as required.
