Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a radiology reading clinician for weekend shifts in Columbia, SC. The role involves general body and neuro reads, with PET experience preferred but not required. A PA on staff handles fluoroscopy, and locum coverage is needed when the PA is unavailable.

Paid malpractice insurance and travel/housing expenses are provided, with 24-hour access to a Weatherby consultant. Shifts run 7 am – 4 pm and 3 pm – 10 pm on weekends, with a mix of CT, MRI, US, and plain films

Qualifications

• Radiology reading experience in general body and neuro studies.
• PET scan experience preferred but not required.
• PA on staff handles fluoroscopy; locums cover when PA unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Read general body and neuro studies.
• Interpret general diagnostic images (DX).
• Provide radiology coverage during assigned shifts, including weekends.
