Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum PA or radiology physician assistant for weekend shifts in a hospital setting. Coverage includes fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and plain films, with PA staff managing fluoroscopy and locums stepping in when unavailable.

Shifts run 7 am–4 pm and 3 pm–10 pm on weekends, with CT volumes of 40–50 per shift, occasional MRI, around 30 ultrasound exams, and the remainder plain film reads.

Qualifications

• PET scan experience preferred but not required
• Hospital privileges required

Responsibilities

• Weekends only -- 7 am - 4 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm shifts.
• Body and neuro reads — general DX also accepted.
• PA on staff handles fluoroscopy; locums cover when PA unavailable
• 40-50 CT, few MRI, 30 US, and remaining plain film per shift
