Job summary

Community Hospital of Huntington Park in Huntington Park, CA is seeking a Radiological Technologist I to perform radiological procedures at a technical level to support diagnosis. You will assist physicians and radiologists, maintain quality control, and uphold AIDET patient communication standards.

Qualifications

• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills.
• Licensure requirements include AHA BLS, CRT X-Ray Tech and ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic procedures with efficiency and quality according to department procedures.
• Reviews images for proper positioning and patient identification for radiologist review.
• New grads and experienced techs may cross-train in CT.
• Maintains patient records and adheres to HIPAA and ALARA standards.
