The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in finance, a quantitative degree, and strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Java or C++. A proactive, dependable mindset and keen problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience at a financial institution is required or strongly considered.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, Java or C++ is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize trading strategy performance.
• Perform intraday market and credit risk management.
• Monitor back office and site reliability activities.
• Communicate and coordinate with the global trading team.
