Job summary

Atwork seeks a Weekend Inspector for our Greeneville, TN facility. The role focuses on inspecting finished products for quality, performing visual checks, and identifying defects in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run Friday through Monday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM with weekly pay and a production bonus opportunity. Candidates should have good attendance, the ability to follow instructions, lift heavy items, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
• Previous manufacturing/inspection/production/warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.
• Must be dependable and committed to the full Friday– Monday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and damage.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks according to company standards.
• Identify and separate defective or non-conforming products.
• Sort, count, label, and package materials as needed.
• Record inspection results and production information accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
