Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Clermont County Jail nursing team.

Weekend shifts are available on Saturdays and Sundays for 5 hours each, with an online scheduling exchange to fit your life while supporting essential jail health services. As a PT LPN, you will deliver high-quality patient care, administer medications, follow treatment plans, and document care in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in Ohio.
• Weekend PT shifts available (Sat/Sun, 5 hours each).
• Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care and evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress
• Administer medications safely and in line with nursing standards and correctional regulations
• Follow treatment plans and perform assessments with critical thinking
• Intervene in emergencies as needed and document care accurately
