Job summary

Mondelez International in Chicago seeks a Manufacturing Operator to independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. You will use your technical skills to improve line and system performance to meet business needs.

You will work with coaching to run equipment per AM and PM standards, observe safety processes, and conduct quality assurance activities. The role requires flexibility for shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow safety and quality standards for operating machines.
• Fluent reading and writing, appropriate to the site language.
