Job summary

DMI Companies is seeking a reliable Mechanic to support operations at our Monongahela, PA facility. This role repairs equipment, troubleshoots issues, and helps maintain safe and efficient plant operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to repair, replace, and install mechanical components.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and install replacement parts.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
• Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Maintenance Manager.
• Assist with repair planning, parts selection, and labor estimates.
• Maintain service records and provide progress updates.
• Align equipment, repair small motors, and work with 110V systems.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
