Job summary

Eco Pack in Ohio is seeking a Jr. Operator to assist with the movement of raw materials and finished products in a safe, efficient manner. You will support the machine operator and collaborate with the production team to keep materials and products flowing smoothly.

The role requires good English, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and willingness to work weekends. This is a full-time hourly position with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs (dead weight).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to operate with safety and attention to production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bundler equipment at production rates.
• Recognize defects and notify operator or supervisor.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and machine cleaning.
• Label bales and place them on skids using manual or equipment aids.
• Follow proper lifting techniques and maintain a clean, safe work area.
