US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Product Flow Coordinator to join our weekend shift team in Fort Worth, TX.

This role supports production flow by ensuring Assembly Operators stay at their workstations while material movement, replenishment, tool retrieval, label printing, and kit transportation are handled by dedicated support personnel. It reduces operator travel time, minimizes interruptions, and increases efficiency across the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for printing labels and accessing production systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned kits, materials, and supplies to operator workstations.
• Assign production kits to operators in real time based on production flow and priorities.
• Retrieve completed kits and transport them to the next production stage.
• Respond to operator requests for spare parts and deliver required components.
• Print, organize, and distribute production labels as needed.
• Maintain material flow between Warehouse, APH, Kitting, Audit, and Assembly departments.
• Monitor workstation inventory levels and replenish materials before shortages occur.
• Support operators by minimizing non-value-added travel and production downtime.
