Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Production Associate I for a weekend shift in Salt Lake City. You will assemble components, prepare parts for assembly, and document activities to ensure quality. The role requires following process instructions, meeting cycle times, and supporting shipment preparation.

The position is onsite, with a Friday–Sunday schedule and early hours. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and a High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

  • High School or GED required.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components including sub-assemblies and electrical/mechanical parts to support product completion.
  • Prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines.
  • Follow instructions and test procedures, and document results to meet quality requirements.
  • Maintain production build rates and schedules to meet cycle times.
  • Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or similar devices.
  • Assemble cartons and containers and prepare products for shipment per specs.
  • Set up, prep, clean, and ensure quality in own area of work.
  • Adhere to overtime and weekend scheduling as required.
