Job summary

TKO StaffPros is recruiting General Laborers for our Verona, MS warehouse. The role supports Master Flux and Material Handling by assisting with production, moving materials, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

This physically active position suits individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Training will occur Monday–Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with later permanent weekend shifts Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy materials.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Must be available for the Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM training schedule, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
• Must commit to the permanent Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule after training.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse and production duties, including machine operation, assembly, material handling, and heavy lifting.
• Move, organize, and stage materials safely to support production.
• Work effectively in warm industrial conditions while maintaining productivity.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
• Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Complete all required training before transitioning to the permanent weekend schedule.
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

• Work36 hours per week while being paid for 40 hours.
  
• Any hours workedover 36 hourswill be paid as overtime in addition to the 40-hour pay.
  

Training Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed
  
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  
• New employees will follow this schedule for the first few weeks while completing required training.
  
• After successfully completing training, employees will transition to the permanentFriday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PMschedule.
