Job summary

Novonesis in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Operator (Weekends) to operate, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment for probiotic products. You will work on three 12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday, 5:00AM to 5:00PM, with safety, quality, and teamwork at the forefront.

You will need experience with manufacturing equipment, basic mechanical understanding, GMP/GDP awareness, LOTO safety, and the ability to document processes accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and troubleshooting concepts.
• Knowledge of GMP in food, dietary supplement, and/or pharmaceutical environments.
• Understanding of GDP.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble machinery according to established procedures.
• Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Stay current with all required training programs and operational procedures.
• Communicate equipment, quality, or process concerns to management and maintenance teams promptly and effectively.
