Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to cover 2 weekends per month for outpatient in-home services in the Louisville area. The role focuses on orthopedics and return-to-activity goals, with mileage reimbursement and weekend visit compensation.

Applicants should have completed a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program, hold a current license or be eligible, and maintain CPR certification to ensure high standards of patient care across diverse home environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain corporate and clinical training to ensure compliance.
