Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.
• PT – Physical Therapist license in the state of employment required.
• BCLS – Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and administer therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
• Create individualized physical therapy goals and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
