Job summary

You will supervise PTAs and technicians, manage equipment, document per regulations, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Evaluates and establishes treatment plans for referred patients.
• Demonstrates skills in gait training, therapeutic exercise and modality use.
• Completes documentation according to regulations and charging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delegates to PTAs and technicians with supervision visits as per state regulations.
• Maintains department productivity and budget for equipment and supplies.
• Coordinates treatment schedules with PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, and rehab staff.
