Trinity Health of New England seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join the rehabilitation team at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA. The role focuses on patients with neurologic conditions and includes per diem weekend coverage for acute rehab assessments.

The position requires a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC, and MA licensure, with a flexible, mission-driven environment and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Massachusetts State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations.
• Establishes functional goals based on evaluation results to improve independence.
• Interacts professionally with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Completes documentation in accordance with standards.
