Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to work in our Acute Care setting. This weekend position requires at least two weekend days per month, with the opportunity to add weekday shifts.

You will join a driven, supportive team and care for diverse patient populations including Neuro, Trauma, Cardiac, and General Debility. Qualified candidates hold a BS/MS/DO in Occupational Therapy, have at least one year of clinical experience, state licensure or eligibility in Delaware, and

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• At least one year of clinical experience.
• Licensure or license eligibility in the State of Delaware as an Occupational Therapist.
• CPR Certification.
• AOTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to Neuro, Trauma, Cardiac, and General Debility patients in an Acute Care setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in the patient record.
• Ability to work a weekend schedule with at least two weekend days per month and potential to pick up weekday shifts.
