Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis, TN is seeking a Weekend Per Diem CRNA to join our anesthesia team. This role offers W2 status with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

You will work within a collaborative care model serving multiple facilities and cases including pediatric and complex surgeries. The ideal candidate is a certified CRNA, with an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and an active AANA certification.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
