Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred.
• BLS required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with a wide variety of physical therapy interventions to rehabilitate function.
• Oversees a comprehensive rehabilitation program addressing physical, psychosocial, and environmental well-being.
• Coordinates with other disciplines to achieve discharge goals and promote independence.
• Advocates for patients and utilizes outside resources when appropriate.
