Qualifications

• Attention to detail is crucial for correct component placement and quality assembling.
• Manual dexterity is required for handling small components and using hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
• Adherence to safety protocols such as ESD and PPE.
• Six months PCB assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting technical documentation to understand component placement and connectivity.
• Selecting and mounting electronic components like transistors, resistors, and capacitors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and equipment.
• Adhere to company documentation and improve quality as needed.
• Work under supervision and may receive direction from group leader.
• Responsible for proper handling of hazardous waste in their area.
