Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation as per federal, state and local laws.
• Backgrounds considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, and facility perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor/contractor records, report concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate during shift handoffs.
