Weekend Part Time Healthcare Inside Sales Referral Liaison Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor electronic referral systems and manage the acceptance or decline of referrals based on leadership guidance
- Collaborate with location leadership and outside sales teams to optimize the flow of referrals
- Utilize inside sales tactics to engage discharge planners and drive additional referrals
- Document customer data and sales activities in the company's CRM system
- Participate in on-call rotations and sales blitz campaigns to maximize referral opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of inside sales or online customer service experience
- Must have a mobile phone, reliable high-speed internet, and adequate workspace for multiple monitors if working remotely
- Willingness to participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
- Residency in a state where the employer currently operates
