Job summary

Pivot-Parking-LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a weekend-only Parking Lot Attendant to perform maintenance and inspections, clean parking areas, enforce parking rules, and assist customers with the Scan-to-Pay platform. The role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

A clean driving record is preferred to operate the company truck between sites, with potential for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in maintenance, janitorial, facilities, parking, or events is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance, janitorial, facilities, parking, or event experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to safely navigate parking garages, stairwells, and parking facilities.
