Nesco Resource is seeking an Overnight Plastic Production Associate for weekends only in Latrobe, PA. The role runs Fri–Sat, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, at $22.00/hour, with training and opportunities for cross-training on multiple machines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Vision of 20/30 or better (with or without corrective lenses).

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished plastic parts for quality and defects.
• Trim and de-gate parts as needed.
• Carefully pack finished products into boxes for shipment.
• Label packages accurately and maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Report any equipment or quality concerns promptly.
• Assist across other work areas as needed.
