Job summary

ABM is seeking a Night Janitorial Supervisor to lead the cleaning team at a large distribution facility in Plainfield, IN. The role requires hands-on leadership during overnight 12-hour weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 5:00pm–5:30am). You will supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial services, preferably in a campus, aviation, warehouse or large facility environment.
• Previous night shift and/or 12-hour shift experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lead a team during extended overnight shifts.
• Proven dependability, attendance, and ability to work a consistent Friday-Sunday schedule.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical duties throughout a 12-hour shift
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• May require early morning or evening hours based on schedules.
• Must be able to respond quickly to urgent cleaning or maintenance needs.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Night Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at a large distribution facility. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an overnight environment and can keep a team engaged and accountable during 12-hour weekend shifts.


Shift: 5:00pm - 5:30am, Friday - Sunday (Three 12-hour shifts per week)

Pay: $24/hr
