Job summary
CARE Homecare in West Hollywood, CA is seeking experienced caregivers to provide hands-on personal care and companionship for clients in Ventura. The role requires 5+ years of caregiving and availability for Saturday and Sunday overnight shifts.
A reliable vehicle and smartphone are essential to coordinate schedules and care notes. We offer paid training, full-time and part-time opportunities, and benefits including insurance and paid time off.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of caregiving or direct care experience.
- Available for Saturday and Sunday overnight shifts.
- Must have a working smartphone and be able to use required mobile apps.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding).
- Provide companionship and support independence.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
- Accompany to appointments and activities.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Communicate with families and CARE Homecare team.
- Document care and important changes.
