Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a weekend Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our home health rehabilitation team in Massachusetts. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in the home setting.
Develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional recovery, mobility, and independence.
Utilize evidence-based practices to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies.
Help reduce hospital readmissions while improving quality of life and confidence at home.
