Job summary

Mercy St. Louis Hospital is seeking an experienced OR RN to join the Main Operating Room weekend team.

You will provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights, and coordinate care with other departments in a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center setting. This role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus for experienced OR RNs, day-one benefits, and opportunities for advancement through bridge programs and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
