Job summary

DOCS Health invites licensed optometrists to join our team in WI to provide refractions, eyeglass fittings and basic treatment to military service members. We will primarily work weekends, with occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities include refractions and eyeglass fittings using DOCS Health equipment, with opportunities to participate in fixed-clinic, mobile treatment center, telemedicine and deployment models, supporting several reserve components.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin optometrist license or eligibility.
• Weekend availability required; some weekdays possible.
• Experience in military or military-style clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform refractions and eyeglass fittings.
• Provide treatment using DOCS Health equipment and protocols.
• Support service members across fixed-clinic and deployment models.
