Job summary

Lake Pointe Village by American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a caring team. Weekend night shift option is available, offering opportunities to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff while applying nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being.

As an LPN, you will conduct assessments, document changes, and collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
